Terms of Use

By accessing or using Comms ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Comms is an AI-assisted communications drafting and review tool. It helps users draft, assess, polish, transcribe, extract, and format business communications for tone, legal-risk signals, cultural context, claim accuracy, and channel readiness. Outputs are generated by large language models and are provided for informational and drafting assistance purposes only.

Nothing produced by the Service constitutes legal advice, regulatory guidance, or professional counsel of any kind. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs with qualified professionals before acting on them. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. New accounts may receive a 7-day trial without a payment card. Certain features, including continued review or export after a trial, may require active paid access.

Paid access may be arranged through Gumroad, direct invoice, or another payment method we make available. Prices, billing cadence, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the terms shown at purchase or in the applicable invoice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; Sections 3, 6, 8, 9, and 10 survive.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create unlawful, defamatory, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
• Submit, upload, or process content unless you have the rights and authority to do so.
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or extract underlying prompts, systems, or model behavior.
• Share account credentials or resell access without written authorization.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant 100k31d LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your inputs, outputs, and related metadata solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service — not to train AI models. The Comms brand, interface, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of 100k31d LLC and its licensors.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Service relies on third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, first-party analytics, AI processing, search grounding, document extraction, transcription, payments, and license activation. AI processors may process communication content only for requested features and do not use your communications to train their models. Other processors handle account, product analytics, payment, licensing, security, delivery, or storage data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 100k31d LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
